Bethany Glasenapp
Sales Director, North America & Global OEM
Bethany began working for MICROBRUSH® INTERNATIONAL in February of 2003. Prior to joining MICROBRUSH® INTERNATIONAL she had been in the dental industry for over 13 years, beginning her career as a Dental Assistant in 1989. After assisting, she began working for Sullivan Dental/Sullivan-Schein Dental gaining insight and knowledge in the Dental Dealer segment of the industry. After 8 1/2 years with Sullivan-Schein she began working for the manufacturer end of the industry and manages North America for MICROBRUSH® INTERNATIONAL.
Jorge H. Ibánez
Latin American Region Representative
Jorge is MICROBRUSH® INTERNATIONAL's Representative for Latin America. Jorge is responsible for establishing and maintaining the company's distribution network and for implementing the company's sales and marketing plans in the LAR. Jorge is fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad del Rosario in Bogotá, Colombia, where he graduated with honors and specialized in Marketing Management and Physical Distribution at the RVB in Delft, The Netherlands (currently Maastricht School of Management). Jorge has been in the dental field in Latin America for over 20 years; he worked for Kerr Corporation for over 16 years as Regional Manager for Latin America and 4 years ago founded IMS-International Marketing Services a sales outsourcing company covering 23 countries in Central & South America and the Caribbean.
Gert Göransson
Sales Manager for Europe
Fluent in English, Swedish and German, Gert holds extensive knowledge and experience in the various aspects of sales and marketing of dental products in Europe. Prior to joining MICROBRUSH® INTERNATIONAL, Gert was Sales Manager for Directa Dental; he has been involved in the dental business for 10 years, during which he has occupied important managerial positions. He is responsible for understanding all different markets' specific needs and demands, translating them into sales strategies and actionable plans that strengthen and develop our European clientele.
